How to Book?

Fitness For Everybody

Here at Goldstone Fitness we pride ourselves in providing our members with unrivalled Fitness Classes. Our highly qualified instructors will help improve your fitness, increase your strength, improve your mobility and build your confidence in a fun friendly studio setting. Our classes are suitable for all levels and will help you build confidence in your own abilities. We have over 30 Live Fitness Classes per week. Offering various Spinning classes, Pilates, Yoga, Body Tone, Strength & Conditioning, Step Aerobics and Booty Blitz. Our classes range from 30-60 Minutes. Starting from 6.15am - 7.15pm, so there is something to suit all.

Fitness Classes at Goldstone Fitness

Here's how to Book:

You can book your space online by logging into your account, (using your email address and password you received in your emails on sign up) and clicking “Book Class”.
Bookings open at 9pm 3days in advance. E.g. to book a class for Monday, you can book from 9pm Friday. (so if there is a popular class you want to attend, set your alarm)
You must scan your finger on entry to the club as this will mark you present for your class. Places in the studio are on a first come first served basis for members who are booked.

How to cancel:

If you cannot attend a class, you can cancel your space online up to 2 hours before the class start time by logging into your account. We do not take cancellations via email, phone or social media.
If you miss a class without cancelling you receive a “strike”. 
If you get 3 strikes in a 30-day period, you get blocked from booking fitness classes for 7 days. Don’t worry though, you can still attend the gym.
If there are free spaces available in a fitness class you may still attend, although we cannot guarantee you that space.

Is this your first Fitness Class?

If you are a beginner or have any medical conditions or injuries, we ask that you arrive a minimum of 10 mins early to inform your instructor and be given adaptations if needed.
Please wear appropriate clothing (no loose pants for spin, no slip-on shoes etc...) Ensure you have something small to eat before attending the gym, also bringing some water and a towel with you.

Note: When classes are "full"/ "Booked up" they will appear online in Red with a Minus symbol. this means that you will be placed on a waiting list. You will receive an email to state that you have a received a place in the class. It is the member’s responsibility to check their position on the waiting list.

Please note you can receive a space up to 2 hours before class start time, so bring your gear and be ready to work out.

We ask members to clean down their equipment after class and respect other participants.
