I've been involved in sport and fitness since I was old enough to run. My love for all things fitness allows me to do my dream job, training others. I get to share my passion and knowledge with others and help them to challenge and to push themselves towards their goals. Grace Russell

In my 12 years experience in the fitness industry, I have trained with all different types of athletes. From my experience abroad I have had the opportunity to trade skills with trainers and trainees whilst building on my knowledge of fitness and well-being. I became a personal trainer out of my love of being physically active and having a healthy life style. Due to people's busy lives it is becoming increasingly difficult to have a healthy and balanced life style. This is where I can help! Nothing makes me happier than seeing people becoming fitter and healthier and changing their lifestyle with the help of my guidance. My love for exercise came from my past in athletics. I am a previous international long jump and triple jump athlete and a holder of 2 international medals. I am now an experienced personal trainer and fitness instructor. Overall I am a very big people person and feel I have the ability to make people feel comfortable in a training environment. I specialise in gym "newbies" and exercise first timers. PJ O’Shea

“Everyone start’s somewhere!” Whether it’s your first day or your hundredth, people often need help it is that fact that drives me. That is why I am here to provide that help in a structured environment that assist’s people to achieve their goals. I have been involved in sport and fitness ranging from MMA to playing underage rugby with Munster and East Munster and it has always provided me with joy. My goal is to give that joy to others, all the while use that joy to help them change how they feel and better themselves be it a big or a small change on step at a time. I am here to help pull you through those bad days (which everyone has be it the gym pro or beginner) I can do this through one to one or group session’s and programmes designed to make your fitness experience easier. I have gained much experience in training people from my time as an instructor. I saw how rewarding it can be to aid people in achieving their goals and see them grow as a person.
