In my 12 years experience in the fitness industry, I have trained with all different types of athletes. From my experience abroad I have had the opportunity to trade skills with trainers and trainees whilst building on my knowledge of fitness and well-being. In my time working in this industry I have thrived on pushing people to their limits in order to achieve their personal goals. No goal is too big or too small. These goals are a challenge for each client to achieve but a challenge we together will achieve! It will no longer be just your goal, it will be OUR goal. Your future will be my priority as I will push you to excel further throughout our time together. Whether you’re having a lazy day, a groggy day, or a fantastic day..I will be there to get you through this workout like your angel on your left shoulder!
